Refund-Policy

We have a 7-day STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS:

Within 7 days of receiving the item.

  1. Fill out the return card in its entirety.

    (Backside of the thank you note, that comes within your package)

  2. Mail item and return card to:

    OR

    Visit any of our locations with your item and return card for immediate in person assistance

    with an on-the-spot exchange or store credit.

  3. Once mailed returns are received, allow 3 business days for online credit processing.
    You can always contact us for any return questions at info@shop20inc.com.

    Damages and issues:

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
    damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items:

    Bodysuits
    Sunglasses
    Shapewear

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Online Exchanges:

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the

    return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
